| 摘 要： | 目的观察人参调脾散合文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法用人参调脾散合文拉法辛治疗中，重度抑郁症30例与单用文拉法辛治疗中、重度抑郁36例比较，用抑郁白评量表（SDS）、汉密顿抑郁量表评分。结果2组降低抑郁程度有非常显著差异（P〈0．01），各因子降分均有非常显著差异，其中焦虑／躯体化、睡眠等因子更明显。结论人参调脾散合文拉法辛治疗抑郁症效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment of depression with Ginseng Tiaopi powder combined venlafaxine. Methods 30 patients with moderate and severe depression were treated with Ginseng Tiaopi powder combined venlafaxine and evaluated by self-rating depression scale (SDS) and Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD), and 36 patients with venlafaxine only as control. Results There was a significant difference in reducing the degree of depression between two groups (P<0.01), there were significant differences in the sub-factors decrease, such as anxiety/somatization, sleep, etc.. Conclusion Ginseng Tiaopi powder combined venlafaxine has good curative effect for depression. |
