自体骨髓间充质干细胞介入移植治疗脑梗死临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察应用自体骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)介入移植治疗脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择脑梗死患者120例,随机分为干细胞移植组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上给予重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子150μg皮下注射,待血常规白细胞升高达30×109/L左右后可抽取自体骨髓200 ml。自体骨髓经干细胞分离试剂盒处理获取间充质干细胞。采用自体骨髓间充质干细胞进行干细胞介入移植术,将间充质干细胞超选入脑病变供血动脉。于治疗前、治疗后1个月、6个月进行神经功能FIM评分,应用国际通用的功能独立性评定量表评定其运动和认知能力。结果:120例患者全部进入结果分析,移植组治疗后1个月、6个月功能独立性评定量表评分显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组均无不良反应发生。结论:BMSCs移植可以一定程度地改善脑梗死患者症状,提高脑梗死患者的运动和认知功能,自体骨髓干细胞移植是安全有效的。

A clinical study on treatment of cerebral infarction using autologous marrow mesenchymal stem cells intervening transplantation

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of aotologous marrow mesenchymal stem (MSCs) intervening transplan- tation on treating cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 cerebral infarction patients in NO. 208 Hospital of PLA ,from January 2009 to Judy 2010. A]/ patients were decided into control and stem ceil transplantation, with 60 cases in each group. In the control group patients were treated with routine medication. Patients in the stem cell transplantation group were received 150ug filgrastim at subcutaneous injection as well as routine medication. When white cell in blood routine is about 30 ~ 109/L,200 ml of bone marrow can be derived from himself. MSCs can be obtained from bone marrom with stem cell isolating agents~ Patients in the stem cell transplantation group were intervened transplanted MSCs. Scoring with Function Independence mesure ( FIM ) was received at months 1, months 6 after treatment and before treatment. Results All of 120 eases were valued in results. Compared to the control group, scoring with FIM was obvious improved at months 1 and 6 in the stem cell transplantion group(P 〈0. 01 ). No adverse effect appeared in two groups. Conclusion MSCs intervention transplantation obtains an obvious and safe curative effect on treating cerebral infarction.
