枸杞多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨枸杞多糖对糖尿病大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将糖尿病大鼠随机分为对照组、高剂量枸杞多糖组、中剂量枸杞多糖组、低剂量枸杞多糖组。通过用酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶染色法和PHA诱导淋巴细胞转化试验来测试不同实验组糖尿病大鼠细胞免疫功能;采用盐析法纯化血清中免疫球蛋白lgG来衡量糖尿病大鼠体液免疫功能;采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验测试实验组和对照组大鼠特异性免疫功能。结果:枸杞多糖组与对照组比较,枸杞多糖能明显提高糖尿病大鼠血清中免疫球蛋白含量明显升高,能促进淋巴T细胞、巨噬细胞的增殖。结论:枸杞多糖对糖尿病大鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫及巨噬细胞功能均有显著的增强作用。

Chinese Wolfberry Polysaccharide on the Immune Function of Diabetes II Rats

Abstract:Objective:This research explored the influence of Chinese wolfberry polysaccharide on the immune function of diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rats were randomly divided into control group, high dose LBPgroup, middle dose LBP group, low dose LBP group. Use acidic alpha naphthyl acetate esterase staining and PHA induced lymphocyte transformation test to examine the different cells in immune function of experimental diabetic rats; Purified by salting out method to measure the serum immunoglobulin IgG, humoral immune func- tion of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity of mice red blood cells to test the experimental group and control group specific immune functions in rats. Results:Chinese wolfberry polysaccharide group compared with con- trol group, Chinese wolfberry polysaccharide could obviously increase the serum immunoglobulin levels of dia- betic rats, which increased significantly, and promote lymphatic T cells, macrophages proliferation. Conclusion: Chinese wolfberry polysaccharide cellular immunity and humoral immunity of diabetic rats and macrophage function are enhanced obviously.
