苦参素在治疗慢性乙型肝炎中的作用

目的通过对248例慢性乙型肝炎治疗观察，了解苦参素在治疗乙型肝炎中的作用。方法将248例慢性乙型肝炎病人按其转氨酶高低分成三组，各组随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组在与对照组治疗相同的基础上，加用苦参素600rag iv drip qd，疗程3个月，治疗1个月及3个月后分别观察，HBsAg转阴率、HBeAg转阴率、抗-HBe阳转率、HBV—DNA转阴率。结果治疗组HBeAg转阴率、抗-HBe阳转率、HBV—DNA转阴率较对照组有显著性差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），治疗组HBsAg转阴率高于对照组（P〉0．05），无统计学意义。结论苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎有很好的效果。

Effect of Oxymatrine in treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe the effect of oxymatrine in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 248 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomized into three groups according to the levels of ALT.Each group was randomized into therapeutic group and control group. The all groups were treated with protective liver therapy. The therapeutic groups were added with oxymatrine,600mg,i.v,drip,once daily. The therapeutic course was three months. At the end of one treatment month and three treatment month,the HBsAg negative rate,HBeAg negative rate anti-HBe positive rate and HBV-DNA negative rate were examined.Results HBeAg negative rate,anti-HBe positive rate and HBV-DNA negative rate in therapeutic groups were higher than in the control groups (P<0.05,P<0.01). HBsAg negative rate in the therapeutic groups was higher than in the control groups,but it was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Oxymatrine has the good effect in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
