河南省驻马店地区实施优生干预措施的效果评价

目的:采用优生干预措施,观察其对降低出生缺陷的效果。方法:在河南省驻马店地区以农村人口为主的3个县中,各抽取经济条件中等的3个乡,对1998年3月～1998年 12月妊娠的5 100例孕妇进行优生干预和出生缺陷监测。结果:被调查孕妇中出生缺陷发生率为11.27‰(55/4882),经过优生干预后实际分娩新生儿中出生缺陷发生率为6.99‰(34/4 861),P<0.05。在出生缺陷中,神经管缺陷居首位。结论:优生干预措施可显著降低出生缺陷发生率,在以后的优生干预措施中,适当增加宫内感染的检测手段以及服用叶酸类制剂药物等措施,以进一步降低出生缺陷发生率。

A Study of the Birth Defect Prevention and Detection in HeNan Province ZhuMadian Area.

Objective:To study the effect of birth defect prevention on reducing bith defect. Methods:From Mar. 1998 to Dec. 1998,5100 Pregnant women which were from 3 countryside with economy level medium in 3 counties of Zhu-MaDian area were intervened by birth-defect prevention and detection. Results :The study showed that the birth-defect rate was 11.27‰(55/4882)in all of the pregnant women researched. After the birth-defect prevention from which of the pregnant women researched, the birth-defect rate was 6.99‰(34/4861)in the practicality deliver child-birth. The nerve tube abnormality was in first place in all of birth defect. Conclusion: The measure of birth-defect prevention can notably reduce the birth-defect rate(P<0.05).So we suggest that the measure of birth-defect pre-vention should also include the detection of intrauterine infection and taking SLIAN or FORCEVAL and so on. It would be reduce the birth-defect rate.
