中西药治疗银屑病96例的疗效和生活质量分析

目的评价中西医不同方法治疗银屑病的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的改善情况。方法选择门诊银屑病患者96例,简单随机分为中医、西医、中西医结合组,运用银屑病PASI评分法和生活质量评估表对患者治疗前后各种临床症状、生活质量指标进行评判,观察疗效与生活质量的相关性。结果临床总有效率65.6%,中医组有效率55.3%,西医组有效率64.3%,中西医组有效率80.0%。中医组与西医组、西医组与中西医结合组疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05),中医组与中西医结合组疗效有统计学差异(P<0.05)。生活质量评估:治疗前后生物方面评分变化无统计学差异(P>0.05),心理方面评分变化有统计学差异(P<0.01),社交方面评分变化有统计学差异(P<0.05)。临床疗效与生活质量的改善程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论中西医不同的治疗方法均有利于患者临床症状的改善,并同时提高了患者的生活质量。

Clinical Effects and Quality of Life of 96 Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical effects and evaluate the quality of life of patients with psoriasis treated by different methods. Methods Ninety-six cases were included,of which,38 cases were treated with the TCM,28 cases with the western medicine and the others with the combination of TCM and western medicine. All the patients were evaluated with the PASI scores and the evaluation form of QOL before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the overall effective rate was 65.6%,55.3% in TCM group, 64.3% in western medicine group,80.0% in combination group. There was a difference between western medicine group and combination group(P < 0.05). Evaluation of QOL: the scores of the change of biology had no statistic difference (P > 0.05),the scores of the change of mentality had remarkable difference (P < 0.01),the scores of the change of sociality had statistic difference (P < 0.05). The correlation on the degree of improvement between curative effect and QOL was remarkable (P < 0.05). Conclusion All the therapies can improve quality of life of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
