89Sr治疗晚期恶性肿瘤多发性骨转移的临床价值

目的:探讨89Sr治疗晚期恶性肿瘤多发性骨转移的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析143例癌症多发性骨转移伴骨痛患者行89Sr治疗的临床资料,对治疗后的镇痛效果、病灶变化及副作用进行评价。结果:骨痛反应评价完全缓解(CR)35例,部分缓解(PR)66例,轻度缓解(MR)22例,共123例有效,总有效率为86.01%(123/143)。全身骨显像复查与治疗前比较,I级19例,Ⅱ级53例,Ⅲ级17例,Ⅳ级6例。全身骨显像效果评价,总有效率为75.79%(72/95)。均未出现明显骨髓抑制及肝肾功能损害。结论:89Sr治疗晚期恶性肿瘤多发性骨转移,能明显减轻患者的骨痛,改善患者的生存质量,同时对骨转移病灶起到一定程度的治疗作用,与双膦酸盐抗骨吸收治疗和外照射放疗形成有效互补。

Strontium-89 in the treatment of multiple bone metastases of advanced malignant tumor

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of 89Sr in the treatment of multiple bone metastases of advanced malignant tumor.Methods: 143 patients with multiple bone metastasis who felt bone pain and were treated with 89Sr were analyzed retrospectively.The analgesic effect,the change of focus and the side effects after the treatment were evaluated.Results: Evaluation of bone pains reaction: 35 cases were CR,66 cases got PR and 22 cases had MR.In all 123 cases were effective with a total effective rate of 86.01%(123/143).Compared with before the treatment,the whole body bone scan showed 19 cases in I level,53 cases in Ⅱ grade,17 cases in Ⅲ grade,6 cases in Ⅳ grade.The total effective rate was 75.79%(72/95).No significant bone marrow suppression and liver and kidney function lesion occured.Conclusion: For the patients of advanced malignant tumor with multiple bone metastases,89Sr can significantly reduce the pain,improve the quality of life,and improve some degree cure bone lesions as well.It is an effective complement with bisphosphonate antiresorptive and external beam radiotherapy.
