| 摘 要： | 目的观察低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法2005年2月～10月我科门诊低温等离子下鼻甲部分消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎84例,分别在术后半年、1年观察疗效。结果低温等离子射频消融术半年、1年后观察总有效率分别为93%和100%,无其他明显副作用出现。结论低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎安全、操作简单、恢复良好、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods From February to October 2005,the inferior turbinates of eight-four patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated by plasma radiofrequency,then we evaluated the responses after 6 months and 1year.Results The effective rate was 93%(6 months) and 100%(1 year),respectively.There were no other significant side effects.Conclusion This technique had the advantages of safety,easily operating,better recovery and it was effective. |
