| 摘 要： | 选择１８例晚期扩张型心肌病和缺血性心肌病作为治疗组，在应用常规药物治疗基础上加用ＤＤＤ起搏器，适当调短ＡＶ间期和增加心率以减少心脏前负荷，提高心输出量。经（３４４±１１０）年观察，在生存时间、病死率、心脏扩大的恢复、心脏功能好转和心室早搏的减少方面与对照组比较有明显效果

| Abstract: | To study the treatment of endstage heart diseases,the end stage dilated cardiomyopathy and ischemic cardiomyopathy were treated with DDD pacemakers by properly shortening atrioventricular delay(100 to 150ms),and mildly increasing the cardiac output.18 patients were selected as a treatment group to whom conventional drug together with DDD pacemakers implantation were given.The other 18 patients were selected as control group.We considered that implanting DDD pacemaker was an effective method for treating heart failure of endstage heart diseases. |
