| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究 Cyclin D1 蛋白的表达和基因的扩增及其与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化和差异聚合酶链反应 (DPCR)技术对 45例胃癌进行 Cyclin D1 检测。结果 :Cyclin D1 蛋白在胃癌中的表达率为 5 7.8% (2 6 / 45 ) ,高于正常胃组织的 2 0 % (9/ 45 ) ,且与胃癌的分化和转移密切相关。胃癌组织 Cyclin D1 基因扩增的阳性率为 48.9% (2 2 /45 )。 DPCR和免疫组化结果基本一致。结论 :Cyclin D1 基因在胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用。 Cyclin D1 的表达和扩增与胃癌细胞的高增殖活性密切相关

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the expression and amplification of Cyclin D 1 in gastric cancer and its relationship with cancer behavior. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and differential polymerase chain reaction(DPCR) were applied to detect the expression and amplification of Cyclin D 1 in 45 cases of gastric cancer. Results: There was an overexpression of Cyclin D 1 in gastric cancer was 57.8%(26/45) compared with normal gastric tissue (20%), it related to cancer differentiation and metastasis. The positive rate of Cyclin D 1 gene amplification in gastric cancer was 48.9% (22/45). Conclusion: Overexpression and amplification of Cyclin D 1 play an important role in the development of gastric cancer, and are related to the high activity of cancer cells. |
