医务人员与患者对医疗服务评价的比较分析

摘    要:目的:分析医疗工作中存在的问题,以对今后医疗工作的完善提出合理的政策建议。方法:选取南京地区具有代表性的12所医院,其中三级医院5所,二级医院7所。采用面访调查和发放问卷留置方法,就医务人员和患者一般情况、对医疗服务的评价进行调查,应用SPSS11.0统计软件对回收的数据进行统计分析处理。结果:在调查的4项医疗服务行为中,医务人员对自身的评价普遍高于患者的评价,多数医务人员和患者都表示目前医疗费用高,医生的赞同度略低于患者的赞同度。结论:医务人员应更加主动地让患者了解更多有关病况信息,医疗改革的成功也需要政府重视医疗保险的配套改革和政策,给医院营造一个良好的环境。

Abstract:Objective To reflect the state of medical personnel' estimation of the medical work of themselves,analyze the problem in medical work,to make a reasonable suggestion for the policy.MethodTo choose twelve representative hospitals including five 3-class hospitals and seven 2-class hospitals and investigate thoroughly estimation of medical personnel and patients for medical service by questionnaire,spot investigation and statistics.ResultsMost medical personnel's estimates of the medical service are higher than patients'.ConclusionMedical personnel should offer patients information of the state of the illness and cures more initiatively.to make the reform proceed successfully,other related policy for better hospital circumstance should be improved.
