| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠期妇女的心电图改变。方法:采用BRENTWOOD心电工作站12导联同步机描记170例妊娠期妇女组的心电图和170例健康体检组妇女的心电图作对比。结果:孕妇组心电图异常82例,其中短P-R 16例,心律失常42例(包括窦性心动过速30例、房性早搏8例、室性早搏4例),ST-T改变24例。结论:孕妇的异常心电图明显高于健康体检组,最多见的是心律失常。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the electrocardiogram(ECG) features of pregnant women.Methods:With Brentwood electrocardiograph,the ECG examination was performed in 170 pregnant women and 170 healthy women,and their results were compared.Results:The ECG abnormality in pregnant woman group was found in 82 cases,in which the short P-R period was 16 cases,arrhythmia 42 cases(including sinus tachycardia 30 cases,atrial extrasystole 8 cases and ventricular extrasystole 4 cases) as well as ST-T variety 24 cases.Conclusion:The ECG abnormality in pregnant woman is significantly higher than that in healthy woman,especially arrhythrnia. |
