汉防己甲素和六味地黄丸联合治疗矽肺的临床疗效观察

本文报道了汉防己甲素和中药六味地黄丸联合治疗矽肺的临床疗效观察。结果表明，汉防己甲素１００ｍｇ，Ｂｉｄ，六味地黄丸８ｇ，Ｂｉｄ，每周同服６天，连服６个月，使现病人咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、呼吸困难４项临床症状明显改善（Ｐ〈０．０５）。特别是对咳嗽、咳炎有显著治疗作用，改善率达９４．１％（Ｐ〈０．０１）。感冒和支气管肺部感染频率下降５２．９４％，有统计学意义（Ｐ〈０．０５）。治疗组和对照组在治疗前后肺功能（

Hangfangchin A and Liuwei Dihuang Wan in the treatment of silicosis

Therapeutic observation on hangfangchin A and Liuwei Dihuang Wan in the treatment of silicosis is reported in this article. The result shows that after taking hangfangchin A 100mg, Bid and Liuwei Dihuang Wan 8g, Bid for 6 months ( 6 days per week), four clinical symptoms of silicosis patients (cough, expecoration, pectoralgia and dyspnea) are improved obviously (p < 0.05) . Especially improvement rate on cough and expecoration amounts to 94.1 % (p < 0.01). Frequency rate of common cold and bronchopulmonary infection drops 52.94 % . Pulmonary functions of treatment group and control group are both in steady state before and after treatment, but it needs further clinical observation. Treating silicosis by combination of Chinese and western drug is helpful for raising drug effect, releasing clinical symptoms of patients, and developing traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy.
