Investigation on Therapy of Radio Frequency and Ablation in the Gravidas Combining with Paroxysm Atrioventricular Nodal Reentrant Tachycardia

Objective and method: To investigate the clinical therapies of paroxysm atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia in the gravidas.Selecting all gravidas with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia who have been hospitalized in our hospital in the last dacade and analyzing the therapies of the disease.Result and Conclusion: The antiarrhythmic drugs only can be used to those gravidas who have serious haemodynamics dysfunction or fatal arrhythmia.It's important to evaluate the ratio of risks and benefits and use the efficient minimum,The therapy of radio frequency and ablation is an efficient and radical-cured treatment to the paroxysm atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia,but it is usually postponed to postpartum because of its potential damage to the fetus.
