国内近五年药物利用定量研究文献分析

目的：分析国内近年药物利用研究现状、热点和方向，为从事药物利用研究的医药学工作者提供参考。方法：检索有关文献数据库并结合手工检索重点杂志，查阅1997～2002年的药物利用研究文献，剔除非公开、基本数据重复发表、非定量研究等文献，对所得文献的相关内容进行汇总分析。结果：共获得621篇定量研究的文献，10种主要杂志刊登的文献量占所有文献的57％：13％的数据来源于地区多中心，88％文献是对某类药物进行分析，对小儿用药分析的有5％，对老年人用药分析的仅占3％。多数文献采用2种以上的指标进行分析。结论：年发表文献量逐年升高，文献发表相对集中，对特殊人群用药研究的相对文献较少，大多数的文献结论的经济意义大于临床意义。国内药物利用研究消耗数据来源、分析方法等方面有待提高。

Quantitative Evaluation of Domestic Literature on Drug Utilization in Recent Five Years

Objective: To describe and evaluate the present research situation, stress and trend of the studies on drug utilization by conducting an overall review of the domestic articles.Method: The search for relevant articles from 1997 to 2002 encompassed some major journals on drug utilization by manual retrieval and electronic bibliographic and full text database search: Chinese Biology Medical Abstract Database, CQVIP Chinese Literature Database, and QHTF Chinese Literature Database. Only articles that concerned the quantitative evaluation and original consumed data were reviewed.Result: In total, 621 articles were reviewed, 57% of them were published in 10 major journals, 13% of the data were from multiple center and 88% of the papers were focused on an analysis of a certain drug, 5% of the papers analyzed pediatric drug utilization and 3% of the papers analyzed geriatric drug utilization. Two factors were adopted in data analysis in most of the articles.Conclusion: There is an increase in the number of annually published papers and a centralized trend was presented in paper publication. However, articles concerning special person groups are still lacking and the conclusions of most papers emphasized consumption cost more than clinical utilization. Researches concerning data sources and analytic standard should be improved.
