益津降糖胶囊中主要成分的定性实验研究

目的制定益津降糖胶囊的质量标准，控制并提高药品质量，为保证临床用药安全，规范控制质量提供依据。方法分别取样品（益津降糖胶囊）、人参、仙人掌、甘草对照药材及其原料药材，阴性对照药材制成供试品溶液、对照药材溶液、原料药材溶液、阴性对照样品溶液，用薄层色谱法对益津降糖胶囊中人参、仙人掌、甘草成分进行定性鉴别。结果益津降糖胶囊中人参、甘草供试品色谱中，在与对照药材相应位置上，显示相同颜色的斑点；益津降糖胶囊中仙人掌的供试品色谱与对照药材色谱在相同位置处未见有相同斑点。结论建立了益津降糖胶囊中人参、甘草的定性鉴定方法，该方法简便、快速、重现性和专属性好。仙人掌的鉴别方法有待进一步研究。

Qualitative Study of Major Components in Yijinjiangtang Capsule

Objective] To establish the quality standards of Yijinjiangtang capsule, control and improve the drug quality, and provide evidence for ensuring clinical drug safety and standardizing quality control. Methods] Herbal raw material of ginseng, opuntia dillenii and radix glycyrrhizae in Yijinjiangtang capsule, and reference crude herbs and negative reference crude herb were sampled. Then they were made into supplied test solution, reference crude herb solution, herbal raw material solution and negative reference sample solution. Thin-layer chromatography was adopted to conduct qualitative identification on the contents of ginseng, opuntia dillenii and radix glycyrrhizae in Yijinjiangtang capsule. Results] In the corresponding position, chromatogram of ginseng and radix glycyrrhizae of Yijinjiangtang capsule showed the same color spots with the reference crude herb, but that of opuntia dillenii did not show the same color spots. Conclusion] The established identification of ginseng and radix glycyrrhizae in Yijinjiangtang capsule is simple, rapid and with good reproducibility and specificity. Identification of opuntia dillenii needs further study.
