盆腔静脉血管造影诊断女性静脉瘀血综合症(附67例报告)

目的 对盆腔静脉形态、走向，瘀血症形成机理及诊断价值进行探讨。材料与方法 ６７例经宫底穿刺作静脉血管造影。８例尸解标本，对正常和异常的盆腔静脉形态学和血液动力学进行比较分析。结果 ６７例诊断为静脉瘀血症，轻型３４例（其中结扎术后１５例。占４４．１％），中型３０例（结扎术后２１例，占７０％），重型３例（均为结扎术后）。结扎术后发生率占本组５８．２％。结论 盆腔静脉血管造影能为临床诊断瘀血症提供可靠的

Pelvic Venography for Diagnosis of Female Pelvic Congestion Syndrome: A Report of 67 Cases

Objective To study the pelvic venous pattern and pathway, and to clarify the mechanism of pelvic congestion syndrome by pelvic venography and comparing with autopsy results.Materials and Methods Pelvic venography by puncturing the fundus of uterus was performed in 67 patients, and a comparison was made between normal and abnormal findings, as well as with additional 8 autopsy findings.Results Mild pelvic congestion syndrome was diagnosed in 34 cases, 15 of which was caused by the ligation of oviduct (44.1%). Thirty cases had moderate pelvic congestion syndrome, of which 21 were due to the ligation of oviduct (70%). Three cases had severe pelvic congestion syndrome and all of them were caused by the ligation of oviduct. In this study the total occurrence of pelvic congestion syndrome due to the ligation of oviduct was 58.2%.Conclusion Pelvic venography is very helpful for the diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome, it provides reliable and objective information concerning the pelvic venous pattern and blood flow dynamics.
