阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者抗炎作用研究

目的探讨早期应用阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者血浆白介素-18、高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的影响。方法将60例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为阿托伐他汀治疗组10mg／d和常规治疗组（对照组）各30例。急性冠脉综合征患者在治疗1周前后分别测定血清白介素-18、高敏C-反应蛋白和血脂水平。结果阿托伐他汀组治疗1周后血清白介素-18及高敏C-反应蛋白均有明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论早期应用阿托伐他汀治疗可降低急性冠脉综合征患者的血清白介素-18和高敏C-反应蛋白水平；阿托伐他汀的抗炎作用独立于降脂作用以外，急性冠脉综合征患者早期应用他汀类治疗可能获益较大。

The Influence of Atorvastatin on IL-18 and Hs-CRP in Patients of Early Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To observe the influence of atorvastatin on plasma inflammation cytokines IL-18 and high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） level in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods 60 patients with ACS were randomly divided into two groups：one group treated with atorvastatin（ n = 30） and the other with routine therapy （n = 30）. Plasma level of IL-18 and hs-CRP of the two groups were measured before and after therapy by enzyme linked-immuno-sorbent assay（ELISA）. Results After using atorvastatin,the concentration of IL-18 and hs-CRP decreased significantly（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion After the early treatment for ACS with atorvastatin, the concentration of plasma inflammatory cytokines IL-18 and hs-CRP decreased remarkably without significantly change in plasma blood lipid. Early intensive atorvastatin treatment may yield more significant benefits to the patients with ACS.
