葛参丸提取和干燥工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选葛参丸的最佳水提工艺,并对提取液的干燥方式进行考察。方法:以葛根素的提取量为评价指标,以溶媒用量、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验优选葛参丸的最佳水提取工艺,并对提取液的不同干燥方法进行比较优选。结果:最佳水提取工艺为加入10倍药材量的水,提取3次,每次1.5h;干燥工艺以喷雾干燥为优。结论:优选的工艺合理可行。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the optimal extraction technology of Geshen Pill, and investigate the different drying technology. Method: The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment taking the content of puerarin as index with the amount of solvent, the extraction time and extraction times as factors. And the drying method for water extracts was also optimized. Result: The best extraction condition was: extracting for 1.5 h with 10 folds water 3 times. The spray drying method was the best. Conclusion: The optimum technology is reasonable and effective.
