综合护理对脑梗死合并高血压的临床干预效果的评价

目的 评价综合护理对脑梗死合并高血压的临床干预效果。方法 选取2012年2月—2014年2月收治的115例脑梗死合并高血压患者作为研究对象,将患者按数字表法随机分为二组,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组采取综合护理措施,比较二组患者的后遗症的发生率、患者的运动能力和日常生活能力的变化和住院时间的心理状态。结果 对照组患者失语症发生率14.04%,构音障碍为7.02%,肌力不足21.05%;观察组分别为1.72%,0.00%和5.17%,二组患者失语症和肌力不足发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,构音障碍发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。经过护理后,患者的活动能力和日常生活能力明显好转（P〈0.05）。护理后观察组的FMA和Batthel指数明显优于对照组,二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者住院期间的Zung焦虑评分（58.8±2.5）和Zung抑郁评分（55.4±1.6）;对照组住院期间的Zung焦虑评分（66.7±2.8）和Zung抑郁评分（67.8±2.4）,二组患者的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 综合护理措施可以有效降低脑梗死合并高血压患者后遗症的发生率,促进患者语言和运动能力的恢复,值得在临床上推广应用。

EVALUATION ON THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF COMPREHENSIVE NURSING INTERVENTION ON HY-PERTENSION COMPLICATED WITH CEREBRAL INFARCTION

Objective To evaluate the clinical intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on the hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 115 cases of patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction in author＇s hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected as the subject of study,which were randomly divided into two groups,the control group took the routine nursing,while the observation group,given comprehensive nursing measures.The incidence of sequelae,exercise capacity,daily living ability and hospitalization time and state of mind were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of aphasia in the control group was 14.04%,dysarthria incidence was7.02%,and incidence of insufficient muscle strength was 21.05%;while in the observation group,these three indexes were 1.72%,0% and 5.17% respectively,the incidence of aphasia and insufficient muscle strength rate had significant difference（P〈0.05）,incidence of dysarthria showed no statistics difference（P〉0.05）.After the nursing,excising capacity and daily living ability were significantly improved（P〈0.05）,FMA and Batthel of the observation group were significantly superior to those in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The Zung anxiety score of patients in the observation group was（58.8±2.5）and Zung depression score was（55.4±1.6）;Zung anxiety group during hospitalization of the control group was（66.7±2.8）and Zung depression score（67.8±2.4）,with statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of sequelae of patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension.It can promote the recovery of patients＇ language and movement ability,therefore it is worth being put into clinical application.
