| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Angiostatin(血管抑制素)抑制血管生成在治疗胶质瘤中的作用.方法应用Angiostatin分别作用于C6胶质瘤细胞系的体外培养细胞和动物肿瘤模型,计算细胞存活率及抑瘤率,SABC免疫组化技术检测体内胶质瘤中的微血管密度.结果Angiostatin不抑制体外培养胶质瘤细胞生长,细胞存活率为100%,对体内生长的胶质瘤则有显著抑制作用且呈剂量依赖关系,抑瘤率可达78.1%(P＜0.01).经Angiostatin处理的胶质瘤中微血管密度较对照组降低(P＜0.01).结论Angiostatin能抑制胶质瘤血管生成,在胶质瘤临床治疗中可能有应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the inbibitory role of Angiostatin on the growth of C6 glioma in vivo and in vitro and whether it can become a new therapeutic drug for anti tumor.Methods:Angiostatin was used to treat the C6 glioma cell lines and tumor models.The cell survival rate and tumor inhibition rate were calculated.The glioma microvessel density was detected by using SABC immunohistochemical techniques.Results:Angiostatin had no effect on the growth of C6 cells in vitro,but inhibited the growth of the glioma in rivo remarkbly in a dose dependent manner.The tumor inhibition rate reached 78.1%(P<0.01).Microvessel density of the glioma treated by Angiostatin was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Angiostatin can inhibit the glioma angiogenesis.It may be useful for clinical treatment of glioma. |
