适应护士长角色 强化科室护理管理

为了适应现时市场经济的医疗护理服务，满足广大患者的需求，努力提高护理质量这一工作目标，作为一名基层管理者，应认识到没有好的管理，就不可能为患者提供优质的护理服务。笔者对个性心理品质、影响力、观念、创新、管理能力和管理措施等方面进行了阐述，突出护士长的基本潜能和抓好科室护理管理工作的方式与方法，以求更加明确护士长职责，更有效地发挥护士长的管理能力，更充分体现护理管理活动中的作用，推动优质护理工作广泛深入的开展。

Role Adaptation of Head nurse and Reinforcement of Nursing Management of Department

To adapt the medical nursing service in market economy at present and satisfy the need of vasty patients and increase the nursing quality as aims, a basic administer should realized that the high-grade nursing service could be provided for patients without good management. The author explained such aspects as personality mental quality, force, concept, innovation, management ability and management measures, especially gave prominence to basic potential of head nurse and master the methods for nursing management works of department so as to define the responsibility of head nurse more clearly, exert the management of head nurse more effectively ,embody the effect of head nurse in nursing management activities quite well and boost the high-grade nursing activities more widely and deeply.
