2012~2014年武汉地区32家医院中药注射剂应用分析

摘 要 目的：探讨武汉地区中药注射剂的应用特点和趋势，为临床合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法: 采用限定日剂量（DDD）为指标的分析方法，对武汉地区32家医院2012~2014年中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）等进行统计分析。结果: 武汉地区32家医院中药注射剂用药金额仍逐年上升，但上升趋势趋缓。心脑血管类中药注射剂用药金额和DDDs仍居第一，但占比小幅下降。肿瘤辅助用中药注射剂占比逐年小幅增长，DDC普遍较高。抗感染类中药注射剂喜炎平销售金额连续3年居首位。结论:中药注射剂临床应用仍呈现增长趋势，为了保障该类药物的临床应用安全，应加强用药管理和监控。

Application Analysis of TCM Injections in 32 Hospitals in Wuhan Area during 2012 and 2014

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the application of TCM injections in Wuhan area to provide reference for the rational use of TCM preparations.Methods:The utilization of TCM injections during 2012 and 2014 in Wuhan area was investigated in terms of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC using a DDD analysis method. Results:The consumption sum of TCM injections was increased year by year during 2012 and 2014, while the upward trend was slowed down during the period. The preparations mainly used for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases occupied the first place in term of consumption sum, while the proportion was decreased slightly. The sales share of anti tumour TCM injections was increased slightly with high DDC. Xiyanping injection, an anti infection product, dominated the first place of consumption sum list over the 3 years. Conclusion:The utilization of TCM injections was increased yearly during 2012 and 2014. It is necessary to enhance the management of such preparations for the safe and rational use of TCM injections.
