试析品管圈在耳鼻喉手术患儿护理中的应用价值

目的：试析品管圈（ QCC）在耳鼻喉手术患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2015年6月我院收治的68例耳鼻喉科手术患儿作为对照组，仅给予临床常规护理，选取2015年7月至2015年12月我院收治的68例耳鼻喉科手术患儿作为实验组，开展品管圈活动，比较2组临床护理质量。结果实验组基础护理能力、整体护理能力、病房管理能力、护理文书管理、人均差错护理、总体护理质量评分与对照组进行比较，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论在耳鼻喉手术患儿护理中开展品管圈活动，有利于提高整体护理质量和治疗效果，值得临床借鉴和普及。

Analysis on the effect of quality control circle on the nursing of child patients with otorhinolaryngologic surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle ( QCC) on nursing of child patients with otorhinolaryngo-logic surgery.Methods Sixty-eight child patients with otorhinolaryngologic surgery admitted into our hospital from January, 2015 to June, 2015, were selected as the control group, while another 68 child patients with otorhinolaryngologic surgery admitted into our hos-pital from July, 2015 to December, 2015, were recruited as the experimental group.The patients in the control group were just given routine nursing care, while the patients in the experimental group had the application of quality control circle, in addition to routine care.Then, the nursing quality was compared between the 2 groups.Results For the experimental group, the scores of basic nursing ability, overall nursing ability, ward management, nursing medical file management, nursing error per capita and overall nursing quality were compared with those of the control group, and statistical significance could be seen, when comparisons were made between them (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QCC in child patient with otorhinolaryngologic surgery was beneficial to the improvement of whole nursing quality and therapeutic results, which was worth further clinical extension.
