高尿酸血症患者生活中相关危险因素的分析

目的：探讨影响高尿酸血症发生的主要危险因素。方法对2011年6月至2014年6月经我科首诊治疗的267例高尿酸血症患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析，同时选取250例非高尿酸血症患者的病例资料进行对比分析。结果对所有因素进行比较，发现性别、年龄、体质量指数（ BMI）、三酰甘油（ TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）等有统计学差异（P＜0．05）；多因素分析结果显示：年龄、TG以及BMI与发病有着密切关系，是主要影响因素。结论年龄、BMI和总胆固醇是影响高尿酸血症发生的主要危险因素，人群应控制饮食，改善生活习惯，控制体质量，改善血尿酸水平。

Analysis of related risk factors in the life of patients with hyperuricemia

Objective To study related risk factors affecting the incidence of hyperuricemia.Methods A retrospective anal-ysis was made on the medical data of 267 patients with hyperuricemia, who were first diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June, 2011 to June, 2014.Meanwhile, 250 medical data of the non-hyperuricemia patients were recruited to make a comparative study. Results All the related factors were compared and it was found that there was statistical significance in gender, age, body mass index ( BMI) , triglyceride ( TG) , high density lipoprotein-C ( HDL-C) , low density lipoprotein-C ( LDL-C) , when comparisons were made between them (P<0.05) .The results of multiple-factor analyses indicated that age, TG and BMI as the main related factors were closely associated with the incidence of the disorder.Conclusion Age, BMI and total cholesterol ( TC) were primary risk factors af-fecting the incidence of hyperuricemia.It was of paramount importance that people should control diet, improve life habit, control body mass and alleviate blood urine acid level.
