| 摘 要： | 目的:评价64排螺旋CT血管造影在诊断下肢动脉病变中的应用价值.方法:对30例疑似下肢动脉病变患者,均行64排螺旋CT血管造影,应用最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)等后处理技术进行血管重建,并结合轴位原始图像进行分析.结果:30例血管重建图像显示良好,所有CTA均显示责任血管,经介入或手术治疗后患者症状明显改善.结论:64排螺旋CT血管造影能清晰地显示下肢动脉及其病变,确定病变性质及范围,并对临床治疗方案的确定有指导作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:This study is to assess the diagnostic value of 64-Slice multislice computed tomography angiography for lower limb artery diseases.Methods: 30 cases patients with suspected lower extremity arteriol disease were performed 64-Slice multislice computed tomography angiography.All images reformed by MIP、VR、MPR,and analyzed with original axial images.Results: The reconstructed images of 30 cases were clearly demonstrated by CTA.CTA images of all the patients displayed the main artery stennosis clearly and the symptom improved obviously after treatments.Conclusion:64-slice CTA has the ability to show the lesions,define the type and the size of zhe diseases,andprovide information for the therapy plan. |
