摘    要:目的:用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定正常SD大鼠全血中钙、镁、铁、锌、铜的含量,建立正常SD大鼠全血中此5种元素的正常值范围.方法:使用浓硝酸和高氯酸(4:1混合酸)对SD大鼠全血进行加热消解,用火线原子吸收标准曲线法测定全血中的钙、镁、铁、锌、铜含量,并做加标回收实验.结果:采用此方法回收率为90%~110%,用此方法测定建立的正常SD大鼠全血中钙、镁、铁、锌、铜的正常值范围稳定,具有可信性.结论:本方法操作简单、测定值稳定,结果令人满意.

Abstract:Objective: Determination of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu in sprague dawley(SD) rat whole blood by flame atomic absorbtion spectrophotoments is to built a range of normal value.Methods: The blood sample is treated with concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid before determination.The method is simple by standard curve method.Results: The results show that recoveries of these microelements are between 90.0% to 110.0%.Conclusion: The result of the method is simple stable and satisfactory.
