| 摘 要： | 目的 观察复方夏天无片治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效.方法 治疗组30例用复方夏天无治疗,对照组30例用银杏叶片治疗,疗程5周.结果 治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为100%,两组比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).但以血液流变指标及大脑中动脉血流速度为指标,观察治疗组用药前后有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论 复方夏天无片治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效好,值得推广使用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of FuFang XiaTianWu tables on ischemic cerebrovas- cular disease. Methods 60 cases were divided into two groups, treatment group(TG)and control group(CG). TG took FuFang XiaTianWu tables,CG took Ginkgo tables. Courses of treatment were 5 weeks. Results Total effective rate of TG was 93.33%, uhile CG was 100%. Therapeutic effect of TG and CG had no significant difference (P>0.05). The blood flow rate of artery was used as an assessing index, pre-therapy post-treatment of TG had obviously difference (P<0.05).Conclusion FuFang XiaTianWu tables can be fit for treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease. |
