摘    要:炎症损伤在临床中非常普遍,常可引起严重并发症或导致死亡。然而传统临床治疗不仅方法有限,且效果较差。相关研究报道,间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs)能显著减轻炎症程度,极好地促进受损组织形态和功能恢复,该作用很大程度上是依赖其所分泌的TSG-6(tumor necrosis factor stimulated gene 6)而获得的。本文就MSCs该作用机制作一综述。

Abstract:Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a type of adult pluripotent stem cells and have multiple biological functions, such as immune modulation, regulation of cell proliferation and repair of tissue damage. Recent studies have revealed that MSCs can also reduce inflammation, promote morphological and functional recovery of the injured tissue, and these effects mainly rely on the secretion of cytokine tumor necrosis factor stimulated gene 6 (TSG-6). This important mechanism of action has attracted increasing attention, and therefore we present this review to summarize the latest research progress in this field.
