| 摘 要： | 目的：报告溴敌隆在特殊环境大面积灭鼠效果；方法：在现场采取回合式投药法；结果：试验区共捡死鼠91只，其中褐家鼠64只(70．3％)，黄胸鼠6只(6．6％)，小家鼠18只(22．1％)。灭鼠前鼠密度为：直观法48．1％，查掘开洞数法为89．9％；灭鼠后密度为：直观法和查掘开洞数法均为0；结论：0．005％溴敌隆毒米大面积灭鼠效果好，使用方便、安全，值得在特殊环境中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To report the efficacy of Bromadiolone for rodent control in large area of prison. Methods: Apply Bromadiolone in field. Results; In test area, 91 rodents were picked up, among which 64 were Rattus norregicus , 6 were Rat-tus flavipectus and 18 were Mus musculus. Before rodent control, the rodent density was 48.1 % bysighting and 89.9% after thorough check. After rodent control, in both ways the results were 0. Conclusion: 0.005% Bromadiolone has good efficacy for rodent control in large area. It is easy and safe to apply in special environment. |
