| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高助产士工作质量、完善产房管理环节、减少和杜绝差错事故及纠纷发生的方法。方法查找并分析助产士工作中现存和潜在的护理安全问题,采取学习相关法律法规知识,完善产房管理制度,提高助产士业务素质,实施全程陪伴分娩,规范书写分娩过程相关记录等方面的相应对策。结果工作质量明显提高,差错事故及护理纠纷显著下降,产妇满意度提高至90%。结论提高助产士法律意识和自我保护意识,实施全程陪伴分娩,加强助产质量全程监控是确保产房护理安全的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods to enhance the quality of midwife nursing,improve the management of delivery room,reduce mistakes and disputes.Methods The safety problems existing and potential in midwife nursing were analyzed.Then the following countermeasures were carried out,such as studying related legal knowledge,perfecting the regulations and rules in delivery room,enhancing the professional quality of midwife,practicing accompany in the whole process of delivery,standardizing the recording of delivery,and so on.Result This practice improved the quality of nursing obviously,reduced mistakes and nursing disputes,and patients' satisfaction increased to 90%.Conclusions It was the effective means to guarantee the safety in midwife nursing to enhance midwife's legal awareness and self-protection consciousness,practice accompany in the whole process of delivery and strengthen the supervision of midwife nursing. |
