| 摘 要： | 目的研究超声引导下自动活检装置在肺外周型肿块活检的应用价值。方法在实时起声引导下使用18G内槽式活检针的自动活检装置对40例各种肺外周型肿块进行穿刺诊断。结果穿刺成功率100％，组织学确诊阳性率97．5％。结论超声引导下自动活检装置使用18G穿刺针是诊断肺外周型肿块有效、安全、简便的方法，能较好对肺外周型肿块诊断提供组织学论据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application value of the ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy device in the biopsy of peripheral lung mass.Methods Forty cases of a variety of peripheral lung tumors were diagnosed with real-time ultrasound-guided biopsy by using 18G needle in the trough of the automatic biopsy device for puncture.Results 100% of the puncture were successful,and 97.5% of histological positive rate were confirmed.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided 18G automatic biopsy needle device used to diagnose peripheral ... |
