南海美丽海绵属化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的 研究南海美丽海绵属Callyspongia sp.的化学成分。 方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和反相半制备HPLC等方法分离纯化,根据现代波谱技术(ESI-MS,1H-NMR, 13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果 从南海美丽海绵属Callyspongia sp.分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:尿嘧啶(1)、胸腺嘧啶(2)、β-吲哚醛(3)、4-羟基苯乙酰胺(4)、3,4-二氯苯甲酸(5)、腺嘌呤(6)、苯氨基丙酰胺(7)、4-(2-氨乙基)-N,N-二乙苯胺(8)。 结论 其中化合物2~8为首次从南海美丽海绵属Callyspongia sp.中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Callyspongia sp. from south China sea. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and semi-preparative reverse-phase HPLC (C18). Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis (NMR and MS). RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated from Callyspongia sp. and their structures were identified as uracil (1), thymidine (2), indole-3-β-carboxaldehyde (3), 4-hydroxyphenylacetamide (4), 3,4-dichlorobenzoic acid (5), adenosine (6), L-phenylalaninamide (7), 4-(2-aminoethyl)-N,N-diethylaniline (8). CONCLUSION Compound 2-8 were isolated from Callyspongia sp. for the first time.
