芪药消渴胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病64例临床观察

目的观察芪药消渴胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选择95例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为治疗组64例,对照组31例,2组在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用芪药消渴胶囊,共治疗3个月,比较2组临床疗效、中医证候疗效、24h尿白蛋白排泄率、尿β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率85.9%,对照组74.2%（P＆lt;0.05）;治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率92.2%,对照组80.6%（P＆lt;0.05）;治疗组治疗后24h尿白蛋白排泄率和尿β2-MG明显降低（P＆lt;0.01）;治疗组64例中24h白蛋白排泄率复常44例,对照组17例（（P＆lt;0.05））。结论芪药消渴胶囊可有效防治早期糖尿病肾病,改善临床症状。

Treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with Qiyaoxiaoke Capsules in 64 cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qiyaoxiaoke Capsules on diabetic nephropathy. Method The patients with diabetic nephropathy （n=95） were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=64） and control group （n=31）. On the base of routine treatment in two groups the treatment group was given additionally Qiyaoxiaoke Capsules. After 3 months the clinical effective rate, curative effect of TCM syndrome, 24 hours urine albumin excretion rate （24h-UAER） and urine β2-microglobulin （β2-MG） were compared in two groups. Result The total effective rate was 85.9% in the treatment group and 74.2% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 92.2% in the treatment group and 80.6% in the control group （P〈0.05）. In the treatment group 24h-UAER and 132-MG decreased significantly after the treatment （P〈0.01）. There were 44 cases with the normalization of 24h-UAER among 64 cases in the treatment group and only 17 cases in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qiyaoxiaoke Capsules can prevent and cure early diabetic nephropathy, and relieve clinical symptoms effectively.
