生殖器疱疹不同病期病毒感染活力的探讨

目的：通过研究生殖器疱疹（GH）患者发作期病毒活力的强弱与间歇期是否有活病毒排出，探讨其传染活性。方法：应用非洲猴肾细胞（Vero）对82例GH患者泌尿生殖道标本进行单纯疱疹病毒（HSV）分离培养。通过观察Vero细胞受感染的病变程度，将其分为四级。结果：82例GH患者中44例HSV阳性；水疱期强阳性明显高于糜烂、结痂期。三者之间有高度显著性差异（P＜0.01)。结论：GH发作期的皮疹内病毒含量多，感染活力强。特别是发作2天内的皮疹传染性高。

Investigation on HSVInfective Activity in Different Phase of Genital Herpes

Objective In order to evaluate the infectious ability of patients with genital herpes(GH) in different phase, cell pathogenesised effection(CPE) in Vero cell producted by HSV was studied. Methods 82 samples obtained from patients with GH and patients had history of GH,specimens were cultured to isolated HSV. Positive result was divided into four grades accord- ing to CPE cell number after incubation. Results Among 82 samples, 44 were HSV positive. Positive rate in vesicle phase was significantly stronger than that of erosion phase and crust phase(P< 0. 01 ). Conclusion Eruption of vesicle and within less than two days the patient may have stronger transmission ability, the cause is a great deal HSV inclusion in vesicle or early lesion.
