2型糖尿病肾病患者血小板及血脂水平的变化

目的对血脂及血小板参数进行检测，探讨其在2型糖尿病肾病患者中的检测意义。方法观察组为在我院治疗的2型糖尿病肾病患者76例，T2DM组为2型糖尿病患者76例，但是其均没有并发症，对照组为健康人员76例，对三组研究对象的血脂水平及血小板参数进行检测，三组间进行比较。结果与对照组及T2DM组进行比较．甘油三酯和胆固醇等血脂水平在观察组中的检测数值均明显较高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），血小板平均体积、血小板体积分布宽度及血小板压积等血小板参数也明显较高，而血小板计数均明显较低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对糖尿病肾病进行血脂及血小板参数的检测对疾病的早期诊断和病情分析都具有非常重要的临床意义。

The clinical significance of platelet and lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy

Objective To detect blood lipids and platelet parameters and explore the detection significance in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods All of 76 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in study group were selected from our hospital,76 patients with type 2 diabetes in T2DM group were selected,but they had no complications,76 health personnel in the control group were selected.Lipid levels and platelet parameters in three groups were tested and compared.Results Compared with T2DM group and control group,the levels of triglycerides and cholesterol in the study group were significantly higher(P < 0.05),mean platelet volume,platelet volume distribution width,platelet hematocrit were significantly higher,and platelet counts was significantly lower(P < 0.05).Conclusion Diabetic nephropathy and platelet lipid parameters for the detection of disease,early diagnosis and analysis of the patient’s condition has very important clinical significance.
