术前高危型HPV载量与CIN2、CIN3患者LEEP术后病灶残留或复发的相关性

目的探讨术前高危型HPV载量与CIN2、CIN3患者LEEP术后病灶残留或复发的关系。方法筛查35437例门诊患者．532例CIN2、CIN3患者行LEEP术治疗，术后3、6、9、12个月时复查高危型HPVDNA及宫颈TCT。结果高危型HPV阳性率为15．17％；各病理类型高危型HPV载量之间有显著差异（P〈0．05）；高危型HPV载量与CIN病理类型间呈正相关（P〈0．05）；不同高危型HPV载量组之间CIN病灶残留或复发率有显著差异（P〈0．01）；高危型HPV高载量是CIN2、CIN3患者LEEP术后病灶残留或复发的危险因素（OR=1．357、1．442）。结论高危型HPV载量与CIN的发生、进展及CIN2、CIN3患者LEEP术预后有关。

The correlation between viral load of high-risk human papilloma virus and remains or recidivation after loop electrosurgical excision procedure treatment for CIN 2,CIN 3 patients

Objective To investigate the correlation between viral load of high-risk HPV and remains or recidivation after LEEP treatment for CIN 2,CIN 3 patients.Methods Screened 35 437 outpatients,532 cases of CIN 2,CIN 3 were given the LEEP treatment,reviewed high-risk HPV DNA and cervix uterus TCT in 3,6,9 and 12 months after treatment.Results The positive rate of high-risk HPV was 15.17%.There was significantly different among the viral load of high-risk HPV in pathological types(P < 0.05).The viral load of high-risk HPV was positive correlation with the types of CIN(P < 0.05).There was significantly different among the remains or recidivation rate of different viral load groups(P < 0.01).The high viral load of high-risk HPV was a risk factor of remains or recidivation after LEEP treatment for CIN 2,CIN 3(OR = 1.357,1.442).Conclusion The viral load of high-risk HPV is related to CIN and the prognosis of LEEP treatment for CIN 2,CIN 3 patients.
