胱抑素C与超敏C反应蛋白联合检测诊断2型糖尿病早期肾损害的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨胱抑素C与超敏C反应蛋白联合检测诊断2型糖尿病早期肾损害的临床价值,旨在为临床治疗提供进一步的指导依据。方法选择我院2009年1月~2010年1月人院治疗的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者62例作为观察对象,另选择35例健康体检者作为对照组,采用免疫比浊法检测胱抑素C和超敏C反应蛋白水平,并应用统计学方法进行统计分析。结果DM肾功能损害组CysC、hs—CRP明显高于DM肾功能正常组及健康对照组,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(JP〈0.05)。CysC、hs—CRP联合检测的阳性率明显高于CysC、hs—CRP单一指标检测,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论胱抑素C与超敏C反应蛋白联合检测诊断2型糖尿病早期。肾损害优于单项指标检测,值得推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of cystatin C and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein co-detection in diagnosis of early renal damage of type 2 diabetes,designed to provide further guidance on clinical basis.Methods 62 patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM) in our hospital from January 2009-January 2010 were selected as the subjects of observation,another 35 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group,using immunoturbidimetric assay for cystatin C and C-reactive protein levels,and application of statistical methods for statistical analysis.Results DM renal dysfunction group CysC,hs-CRP was significantly higher than the DM group with normal renal function and healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05;CysC,hs-CRP joint detection was significantly higher than CysC,hs-CRP testing as a single indicator,the difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05.Conclusion Cystatin C and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein co-detection in diagnosis of type 2 diabetes is better than individual indicator of early detection of renal damage,should be promoted and applied.
