50例乳腺纤维腺瘤钼靶X线摄影检查与病理对照分析

目的通过与病理结果对比，分析乳腺纤维腺瘤钼靶X线表现及特征，以提高其诊断和鉴别诊断水平。方法总结分析50例经手术病理证实的乳腺纤维瘤患者钼靶X线摄影检查图像征象。结果经手术病理证实50例乳腺纤维瘤患者钼靶检查中，钼靶影像检出异常43例，X线检查阳性率为86％，未检出明显异常7例；共39例钼靶影像诊断与病理结果相符，符合率为78％。共检出46个病灶，病灶直径0．4～2．8cm；结节形态多为圆形或椭圆形，1例为不规则状；多为中高密度，1例为低密度。1例仅见钙化。检出病灶伴钙化者8例（18％），形态多为斑点状。病理报告多发者13例，钼靶检查两个及以上病灶者6例。结论了解乳腺纤维腺瘤的钼靶x线检查限度及其形态特征，对提高其钼靶检查诊断具有重要意义。

The comparison between molybdenum target mammographic examination(CR) andpathologic findings in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast fibroadenoma:An analysis of 50 cases

Objective To promote the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis by analyzing the presentation of breast fibroadenoma molybdenum target mammographic and by comparing with the pathological findings.Methods X ray findings of 50 cases of breast fibroadenoma confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed.Results Among the 50 total cases,43 cases were abnormal,7 cases were normal,and the X-ray examination positive rate was 86%.There are totally 39 cases of molybdenum target diagnosis were consistent with the pathological findings,with the consistency rate of 78%.Eventually 46 niduses were found,and the diameter of the niduses was between 0.4cm and 2.8cm.Most of the cirrhotic nodules were round or ellipse,and only one case was irregular.The densities were almost high,and only one case was in low density.One case was blurry and one case presented calcification.8 cases(18%) were examined as calcified shadows,and usually the shape were mottling.The pathological report revealed that 13 cases were frequently multiple.6 cases had more than 2 niduses through CR molybdenum target X-ray.Conclusion Knowing about the limit and the shape features of CR Molybdenum target mammographic of breast fibroadenoma has important implications for improving CR molybdenum target X-ray treatment and diagnosis.
