| 摘 要： | 目的探讨焦虑症经颅多普勒频谱形态及影响因素。方法对42名焦虑症患者和42名正常人在安静状态和紧张状态下进行经颅多普勒超声检测，观测其脑血流频谱形态，再辅以症状自评量表（SCL-90）测评。结果研究组频峰圆钝34例，占80．95％，S2〉S13例，占7．14％；HV诱发下，频峰转为陡直或三峰32例，占86．49％。结论焦虑症可引起脑血流频谱异常。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the spectrum of anxiety disorders transcranial Doppler patterns and the influencing factors.Methods All of 42 patients with anxiety disorders and 42 healthy people who were at rest and tense were under transcranial Doppler ultrasound,and we observed cerebral blood flow spectrum of its morphology,supplemented with symptom checklist(SCL-90) evaluation.Results There were 34 cases about the study group of the frequency peak blunt,accounting for 80.95%,S2>S1 3 cases,accounting for 7.14%;HV-induced,while there were 32 cases about the frequency peaks to steep or three peaks,accounting for 86.49%.Conclusion Anxiety disorders can cause abnormal cerebral blood flow spectrum. |
