摘    要:目的评价B超联合CT检查在定位球壁异物中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2000年7月-2007年9月本院收治的15例(17眼)球壁异物采用眼部B超联合眼眶CT的定位效果。术前使用B超联合薄层CT(层厚≤1mm)定位球壁异物.评价B超联合CT检查定位异物的准确性。结果17眼均成功取出球壁异物,其中B超定位准确率达82.35%(14眼),CT定位准确率达94.12%(16眼),两者联合定位准确率达100%。结论B超联合CT定位法可显著提高球壁异物的定位率,利于手术路径选择及异物的取出率,应成为球壁异物取出的术前标准检查。

B ultrasound combined CT examination in localization of foreign bodies in the wall of eyeball

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application value of B-mode ultrasonography combined with CT scan in set-piece eyeball wall foreign body.Methods A retrospective analysis of 2000 July to 2007 September about 15 cases(17 eyes) the eyeball wall foreign body fixed position by B-mode ultrasonography combined with orbital CT.B-mode ultrasonography combined with thin layers of CT(layer thickness is less than or equal to 1 mm) were used for fixed position foreign body of preoperative ball wall,and evaluated the accuracy of localization of a foreign body by B ultrasound and CT examination.Results The ball wall foreign body of 17 eyes were successfully removed.Positioning accuracy rate of B ultrasound was 82.35%(14 eyes),while CT was 94.12%(16 eyes).The combination of the two positioning accuracy was up to 100%.There were statistical significance for Combing positioning method compared with B ultrasound and CT.Conclusion The B-mode ultrasonography combined with CT orientation method can significantly improve the ball wall foreign body localization rate,favorable operation method choice and foreign body removal rate,should become the ball wall foreign bodies out of the standard preoperative examination.
