| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT增强扫描对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取我院2010年1月～2011年7月收治的54例甲状腺癌患者，给予螺旋CT增强扫描，观察分析其CT表现特点。结果54例患者的CT显像中可见密度不均匀者52例，边界不清者43例，出现不规则坏死者40例，囊性病变者12例。癌肿周围出现半岛样的强化结节者15例。出现钙化者29例，增强扫描后强化不均者48例。经病理证实，CT诊断的准确率为96．29％。结论CT增强扫描对甲状腺癌有重要的临床诊断价值，能准确判断癌肿有无侵袭周围组织，为临床医生进行癌症术前评估提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate spiral CT scan of the thyroid cancer diagnosis.Methods A hospital in January 2010-July 2011 treated 54 cases of thyroid cancer in patients given enhanced spiral CT scan,observe and analyze the performance characteristics of the CT.Results Fifty-four patients with CT imaging in the visible,uneven density of 52 cases,43 cases ill-defined,irregular necrosis with 40 cases of cystic lesions in 12 patients.Kind of cancer around the peninsula to strengthen the nodules in 15 cases.Calcification,29 patients,enhanced scan strengthen not have 48.Confirmed by pathology,CT diagnostic accuracy rate of 96.29%.Conclusion CT enhanced scan of thyroid cancer has important clinical diagnostic value,can accurately determine whether the cancer invasion of surrounding tissue,the clinical preoperative assessment of cancer doctors to provide a scientific basis. |
