米非司酮、中药联合MTX治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

目的观察米非司酮、中药联合氨甲蝶呤（MTX）治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法将56例患者随机分为A、B两组，各28例，根据血β—HCG值再将各组分为甲、乙两组。A组予一次性151服米非司酮150mg，MTX20mg，肌内注射，1次／d，连用5d，并15服中药；B组口服米非司酮和中药，用法同A组，比较各组疗效。结果A组总的治愈率为92．86％，B组为67．86％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A甲、B甲两组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），A乙、B乙两组治愈率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A组较B组明显缩短血β—HCG降至正常所需的时间及住院日（P〈0．05）：两组毒副反应比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论米非司酮、中药联合氨甲蝶呤治疗异位妊娠，疗效好、副反应少，尤其适用血β-HCG≥1000U／L的病例。

Mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To observe the curative effect of mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with methotrexate(MTX) in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 56 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups,each of which 28 cases.Then these patients were redivided into two groups according to serum β-HCG titer.Group Ⅰof β-HCG <1000U/L and Group Ⅱ withβ-HCG≥1000U/L,Group A was treated with mifepristone 150 mg once,and Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with MTX 20 mg intramuscular injection every day for continuous five days.Group B were treated with mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the same usage as group A.Compared the curative effect.Results The total curative rate was 92.86% in group A,and 67.86% in group B,and there was significant difference between two groups(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in curative rates between two group with lower β-HCG level(P >0.05).But there was significant difference in curative rates between group A and group B when the β-HCG≥1000U/L(P <0.05).The time of that β-HCG returned to normal level and hospitalization in group A were shorter than group B(P <0.05).Two groups of side-effect of comparative differences were no significant(P >0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine combined of MTX in treatment of ectopic pregnancy is a highly effective and minor side effect method,especially suitable to the case of β-HCG≥1000U/L.
