NB-UVB联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛

目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）的疗效与安全性。方法PHN患者108例，随机分为观察组与对照组各54例，均予常规神经营养药物。对照组予加巴喷丁胶囊，观察组在此基础上予NB-UVB照射治疗，疗程均为4周。比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分（VAS）、情绪评分、工作或家务能力评分，观察不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗2、4周后VAS评分显著下降。观察组与对照组治疗2周后VAS评分分别为（1．77±0．41）、（2．35±0．62）分（P〈0．01），临床总有效率分别为83.3％、74．1％（P〉0．05）：治疗4周后VAS评分分别为（1．02±0．28）、（1．44±0．32）分（P〈0．01），临床总有效率分别为92．6％、77．8％（P〈0．05）；情绪评分优良率分别为90．7％、75．9％（P〈0．05），工作或家务能力优良率分别为92．6％、74．1％（P〈0．01）。两组不良反应的发生无统计学差异。结论NB—UVB联合加巴喷丁治疗PHN，可明显缓解患者神经痛，改善生活质量，安全性好。

Treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with NB-UVB and gabapentin

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of narrow-band UVB(NB-UVB) combined gabapentin on treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods All of 108 patients with PHN accepted conventional neurotrophic drugs were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each of 54 cases.The control group were treated with gabapentin capsules.On the basis of this,the observation group were added NB-UVB irradiation.The course was 4 weeks.Visual analog scale(VAS),mood scale,the ability of work or housework scale and adverse reactions were observed.Results VAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment.In the observation group and control group,after 2 weeks of treatment,VAS scores were 1.77 ± 0.41 and 2.35 ± 0.62,respectively(P < 0.01),and total effective rate was 83.3%,74.1%,respectively(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,VAS score were 1.02 ± 0.28 and 1.44 ± 0.32,respectively(P < 0.01),and total effective rate was 92.6%,77.8%,respectively(P < 0.05),and good rates of mood scale were 90.7%,75.9%,respectively(P < 0.05),and good rates of the ability of work or housework scale were 92.6%,74.1%,respectively(P < 0.01).The adverse events of the two groups were not statistically different.Conclusion NB-UVB combined with gabapentin can significantly relieve neuralgia and improve quality of life,which is safety for treatment of PHN.
