复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗婴幼儿腹泻

目的探讨复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法我科于2011年7～10月对诊治的120例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液．观察其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组总有效率70．0％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液对婴幼儿腹泻的治疗在止泻与缩短病程方面疗效显著。

Compound ocimum oil oral suspension in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

Objective To study the clinical curative effect on Compound Ocimum Oil Oral Suspension in treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods From 2011 July to October,120 cases of infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with routine treatment based on the use of Compound Ocimum Oil Oral Suspension,and its curative effect was observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,and in control group was 70.0%.Curative effect in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion Compound Ocimum Oil Oral Suspension is effective in the treatment of diarrhea and shorten the course of disease.
