乳腺良性肿瘤经乳晕弧形切口切除术与传统术式的临床比较

目的探讨乳晕弧形切口切除术对乳腺良性肿瘤的治疗效果。方法90例乳腺良性肿瘤患者随机分为研究组和对照组各45例，对照组采用传统术式，以患侧乳头为中心点进行放射状切口手术；研究组患者采用经乳晕弧形切口切除术处理。分别记录患者平均手术时间、出血量、切口感染情况、留瘢情况和满意度。结果两组患者的手术时间、出血量、切口感染率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但研究组患者对出现的瘢痕不可接受率为4．44％．显著低于对照组83．72％（P〈0．05）；研究组患者满意度达97．78％，显著高于对照组48．84％（P〈0．05）。结论经乳晕弧形切口切除手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤与传统术式的治疗效果及安全性一致，但可以有效减轻术后瘢痕，保持女性乳房美观，适合临床推广。

Comparison between curved incision through the areola and traditional surgery in benign breast tumor

Objective To discuss the effects of benign breast tumor surgery curved incision through the areola.Methods All of 90 cases with benign breast tumor were randomly divided into study and control group(each with 45 cases).Control group were treated by traditional surgery,and study group were treated by curved incision through the areola.Results The average surgery time,amount of bleeding and wound infection of two groups had no significance(P > 0.05).The scar unacceptable rate of study group was lower than control group(P < 0.05).Satisfaction rate of study group was higher than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The effects and safety of curved incision through areola and traditional surgery are the same,but curved incision through areola could reduce the scar and contain the breast beauty.
