VSD在骶尾部潜行褥疮中的应用体会

目的探讨持续负压引流（VSD）技术在骶尾部潜行褥疮中的治疗效果。方法将2007-2011年间在浙江省丽水市人民医院住院治疗的12例骶尾部潜行褥疮的患者，行一期清创后应用VSD7～10d，同时行抗感染及全身治疗，观察褥疮的愈合情况。结果全部病例经1～3次VSD治疗，单纯切除缝合7例，二期行组织瓣转移5例，创面均愈合，随访一年半，褥疮无复发。结论VSD技术可减少褥疮的感染、促进创面的愈合，为后期的缝合及组织瓣的转移打下了良好的基础，是一种有效的治疗方法，值得推广应用。

Application experience of vacuum sealing drainage for treating sacrococcygeal pressure sores

Objective To study the therapeutic effect on continuous vacuumsealing drainage(VSD) technology in the sacrococcygeal pressure sores.Methods All 12 cases with sacrococcygeal pressure sores were admitted in our hospital from 2007 to 2011.After debridement wounds of cases were dealt with VSD for 7-10 days.At the time,systemic treatments such as anti infection and nutritional support were carried out.pressure sores healing was observed.Results All cases were confirmed by 1-3 VSD treatment,simple excision and primary suture in 7 cases,the second stage surgery flap in 5 cases.All cases were healed,Follow-up for a year and a half,pressure sores did not recur.Conclusion VSD can reduce the infection and promote healing,for the second stage of the suture and tissue flap transfer to lay a good foundation,which is an effective method of treatment and which is worthy of popularization and application.
