社区老年糖尿病患者健康状况的特点调查分析

目的通过对社区老年糖尿病患者的健康状况进行分析，以通过全科医生提供综合性指导。方法采用调查问卷的方式进行调查，调查分析本社区的老年糖尿病患者360例的健康状况。结果SF-36量表的调查中得分最高的为社会功能（78．6±13．8）分，最低的为躯体疼痛（31．2±5．7）分。本地区老年糖尿病患者具有如下的健康状况特点：社会功能评分在男女患者中比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），生理功能评分在各个年龄段的老年糖尿病患者中比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），精神健康及其活力、情感职能评分在各个病程段的老年糖尿病患者中比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论研究对象的性别、年龄及其病程的长短等均会对社区老年糖尿病患者的健康状况造成影响，应引起关注。

Survey and analysis on health status of elderly patients with diabetes

Objective To explore the community’s health status in elderly diabetic patients and provide comprehensive guidance.Methods We conducted questionnaire survey of elderly diabetic patients in this community,the health of 360 patients with diabetes were surveyed.Results The survey with the highest scores of SF-36 scale was social function(78.6 ± 13.8),the lowest was physical pain(31.2 ± 5.7).Elderly patients with diabetes in the region’s health status with the following characteristics: there was significant difference in social function score between male and female patients(P < 0.05);There was significant difference in physical function scores among all age groups(P < 0.05);There was significant difference in mental health,vitality and emotional function score among each course group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The gender,age and length of the course etc will affect community health in elderly diabetic patients and should be of concern.
