胃镜检查中护理干预的应用效果研究

目的探讨对患者实施护理干预对胃镜检查效果的影响。方法将来我院行胃镜检查的70例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组检查时采用常规的方法，观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预。结果两组患者的血压检查后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者紧张及恐惧、恶心发生情况明显较对照组轻（P〈0．05），胃镜检查成功时间也明显较对照组短（P〈0．05）。结论在胃镜检查过程中给予护理干预措施能够明显缓解患者收缩压、舒张压及脉搏变化、缓解紧张及恐惧的发生情况，使其恶心的发生率明显降低，胃镜检查时间明显减少，对于患者胃镜检查的成功完成具有重要的意义。

Gastroscopy application effect of nursing intervention

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention for patients with gastroscopy.Methods All of 70 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group were using conventional inspection methods;Observation group patients were given nursing intervention on the basis of conventional inspection methods.Results There was significant difference in the blood pressure after checked between two groups(P < 0.05).The tension and fear in patients,the incidence of nausea in the observation group were significantly lighter than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The inspection time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion To give care interventions in the course of gastroscopy can significantly alleviate the patient systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse changes,ease the tension and fear of the occurrence.It can significantly reduce the incidence of nausea,endoscopy significantly reduce the time.It is significance for the successful completion of endoscopy in patients.
