纤溶酶与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗急性脑梗死43例

目的观察纤溶酶和奥扎格雷钠联合治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法86例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和研究组各43例，分别在常规治疗的基础上给予奥扎格雷钠及奥扎格雷钠和纤溶酶治疗，观察两组治疗前后的CSS、BI评分、血液流变学指标及治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗后与对照组比较，CSS评分明显较低，BI评分明显较高（P〈0．05）；血液黏度高切、血液黏度低切、血浆纤维蛋白原及红细胞聚集指数差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗有效率与对照组比较明显较高（P〈0．05）。结论纤溶酶和奥扎格雷钠联合用于治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，且不增加患者不良反应，可以推广应用。

Plasmin combined with sodium ozagrel for acute cerebral infarction:an observation of 43 cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of plasmin combined with sodium ozagrel treated on acute cerebral infarction.Methods All of 86 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 43),they were given sodium ozagrelv only and plasmin combined with sodium ozagrel respectively on the basic of conventional therapy,observe the CSS score and BI score,hemorheological index,the clinical effect.Results After treatment treatent group compared with control group,Css score was lower,BI score was higher(P < 0.05);There were significant difference in the blood high sheer viscosity,blood low sheer viscosity,plasma fibrinogen and index of red cell aggregation between two groups after treatment(P < 0.05);The clinical effect in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of plasmin combined with sodium ozagrel treated on acute cerebral infarction shows significant effectiveness,without much adverse reactions rate,is worthwhile for extensive application.
